The gate valve frame is made of CNC laser-cut sheet metal, later subjected to plastic processing on CNC press brakes. As a standard, we produce gate valves with electric, pneumatic and mechanical - manual drive. Subredler gate valves (ZPR) are made in accordance with the series of manufactured conveyors (redlers). The knife of the sub-redder gate valve is lined with 10 mm thick PE1000 plastic, after closing it creates one surface with the bottom of the conveyor. As a result, our gate valves perform well even in the food industry.

Trouble-free design
a trapezoidal threaded spindle and a special bronze nut are used for the manual and electric control to prevent the slide gate blade from jamming and to ensure the smooth opening / closing of the gate.
